MIDO 2018

Nowadays, the Milano Eyewear Show (MIDO) has become European's largest tradeshow for optometry. On its 2018 edition, the attendance of 58,000 professionals and 1,305 exhibitors, from Europe and around the world, exceeded all expectations. This meant an increase of 4.9% in the number of certified visitors against last year.

With this respect, MIDO is a must at our business meeting calendar by serving as a great platform for socializing, as well as getting closer to our customers for listening to their needs and receive their feedback.

This year, we had a shared exhibition with German companies: LensWare International and visuSolution, besides of Japanese Fuji Gankyo.

At our booth, we showed a full range of solutions for the lens process specialists: edging equipment, lab management software, and digital centration tools along with our auto lensmeters as well as our surface verification equipment, the Lens Checker. Opticians convinced themselves of our smart solutions for their lens production allowing a high-quality, smooth process from A to Z.

Our participation in this fair was a great experience and a big success for spreading the word about our Made in Japan, user-friendly, price affordable products.

Thanks to customers like you, helped asahi vision to "Live the Wonder..!!".

MIDO will keep growing and we look forward to the next show that will take place from February 23 to 25, 2019.
